February Methods Training: Youth Voice

| FreeWhat is the best way to help young people make good decisions now and as they grow older? Is it by restricting their good choices and running your youth program like a drill sergeant? No!! Youth learn how to make good choices by making good choices, not following directions. The Youth Voice method will teach participants how to maintain a delicate balance between helping youth feel power and control, while still providing youth with safety, structure and support.
