In preparation of the site’s redevelopment, Corn Island Archaeology conducted extensive excavations on the Beecher Terrace site during the latter part of 2018. Many artifacts were recovered during that period – several which were featured on this website as “Artifacts of the Week” (see below). Corn Island is preparing their final Archaeological Report, which will include four volumes.
