Property Manager – The Property Manager is accountable for all community operations. The purpose of the Property Manager is to effectively manage and coordinate site staff and utilize available resources to accomplish community objectives set by the Regional Property Manager and Property owner. These objectives will include maximizing occupancy levels and community values.
Occupancy Specialist – Assist the Site Manager with the ongoing leasing and administrative functions of the property. Verification of the certification for all resident files; all program related activities are in compliance with the rules and regulations of all federal regulations, local public housing, and tax credit guidelines. Verify income eligibility and preferences of applicants, accurately compute family income
Maintenance Technician – The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain our communities. The Maintenance Tech must carry out these responsibilities according to safety standards, predictive and productive maintenance systems, and processes to support the achievement of the site’s business goals and objectives. This position interacts directly with our residents and must have a customer centric mindset.
Janitor – Our Janitors are responsible for keeping our buildings and community clean. In addition to the cleanliness of our properties, this position interacts with our residents and management team to ensure our residents are satisfied. We are looking for a hardworking and willingness to engage in a variety of indoor and outdoor cleaning activities. There may be opportunity in this position to gain skills in maintenance related requests.
