Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Property Manager with the ongoing leasing and administrative functions of the property.

  • Verify income eligibility and preference of applicants, accurately compute family income.

Leasing Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Property Manager with the ongoing leasing and administrative functions of the property.
  • Process applications and input information into Yardi.
  • Process annual recertifications and lease renewals.
  • Prepare and follow-up on maintenance work orders.

Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out responsibilities of electrical, carpentry, plumbing, appliance repair, painting, and other typical apartment repairs.
  • Support the Maintenance Supervisor with daily work orders, unit turns, preventative maintenance, and any other duties assigned.
  • Adhere to the dress code as established by management.
  • Use proper protective equipment when necessary and follow safety procedures.
  • Close out work orders electronically and manually.
  • Maintain and upkeep of maintenance shop for inventories on parts, tools, and supplies.

Two Journeyman Plumbers are needed to install commercial plumbing at the Beecher Terrace Phase IV construction site.  This is a full time position requiring 2 years of Journeyman Plumbing experience.  This position’s wage rate is $38.22 per hour.

Plumber’s Helpers (4)

Four (4) Plumber’s Helpers are needed at the Beecher Terrace Phase IV construction site.  This is a full-time position requiring the ability to take direction from plumbers onsite.  The person must be flexible, and willing to work hard in all kinds of weather.  This position’s wage rate is $21.08 per hour.
