    Plymouth Settlement House, 1626 W. Chestnut Street, is seeking volunteers to help organize opening a Russell community coffee house and will be holding a meeting to plan its implementation. The coffee house will be safe place for people to get to know their neighbors over a free cup of coffee and board games.
